Detail Associate

Join the team at Duncan Ford Lincoln Mazda as a Detail Associate in Christiansburg, VA. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our vehicles, ensuring each car looks showroom‑ready and exceeds customer expectations. Responsibilities Clean and detail vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing/ Buffing. Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues promptly. Maintain detailing equipment and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Collaborate with sales and service teams to prepare vehicles for customers and showroom display. Follow company policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service and maintain vehicle condition. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
