Whether you're coming from retail, hospital, long-term care, or compounding, this role offers valuable experience in prescription fulfillment, inventory management, and pharmacy operations within a high-volume setting.

Available Shifts1st Shift

• Monday-Friday

• Early morning schedule

• Occasional overtime and rotating Saturday coverage

2nd Shift

• Sunday-Thursday

• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Process and prepare prescription orders for pharmacist verification.

• Accurately select, count, label, and package medications.

• Support prescription fulfillment, packing, and shipping operations.

• Maintain inventory levels and replenish pharmacy supplies.

• Operate automated dispensing equipment and pharmacy technology.

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, quality standards, and safety procedures.

• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and fellow technicians to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy technician experience in retail, hospital, long-term care, compounding, or healthcare settings.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift.

• Ability to work overtime.

• Preferred: Flexibility to work second shifts

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
