With over 38 years of experience, we operate in skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home‑based care. Responsibilities Occupational Therapist – PRN/Casual Work location: In‑facility Reporting structure: Reports to Director of Rehab Assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. Educate patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to support patient recovery. Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy accredited by ACOTE standards. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valid, unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
