Overview
Registered Nurse - Oncology, Cumming, Georgia, United States. Start date 06/29/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range $1,538–$1,605 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: night shift, 12-hour nights (7pm–7am), 3 nights per week. This is a hospital-based travel temporary assignment on an inpatient unit with telemetry capability.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients on an acute inpatient unit
- Monitor vital signs, assess conditions, and respond to clinical changes in a timely manner
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders, including IV therapy and chemotherapy protocols as applicable
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings in the electronic health record (Cerner)
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and patient education
- Maintain patient safety, infection control practices, and proper use of telemetry equipment
- Recognize and respond to acute events, including rapid responses and transfers as needed

Requirements
- Active RN license to practice in Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty area (Oncology/Med/Surg or equivalent)
- BLS certification required; ACLS training preferred
- Cerner experience preferred
- Ability to care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or higher)
