Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist Shift:\n
Day Shift (Full-Time, Permanent)
Compensation:\nCompetitive pay with a full benefits package
Key Responsibilities:\n- \n
- Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory tests to support diagnosis and treatment \n
- Use independent judgment in assessing test results, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring instrument accuracy \n
- Participate in training of staff and students, quality improvement initiatives, and implementation of new lab procedures \n
- May assist in specimen collection and cross-departmental coordination \n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science (or related field) \n
- ASCP or AMT certification (or eligibility to obtain within the first year) \n
- 1–2 years of clinical lab experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply \n
- Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism \n
