CDL A or CDL B Flatbed Driver- Direct Hire

South Charlotte, NC $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Monday - Friday | 1st Shift | Local Routes

A growing stone and landscaping materials company in South Charlotte is hiring a CDL A or CDL B Flatbed Driver to join their team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working with customers, and being part of a hardworking team.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a CDL A or CDL B flatbed truck on local delivery routes
• Transport stone, landscaping materials, and related products to customers
• Properly secure loads using straps, chains, and tarps
• Perform tarping and load securement in outdoor environments
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations
• Complete required delivery paperwork and inspections
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and warehouse personnel
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations

Qualifications:

• CDL A or CDL B license required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Experience operating flatbed trucks preferred
• Experience with tarping and strapping loads required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work
