You'll evaluate real AI-assisted healthcare call transcripts, assessing how well the AI handles patient concerns, manages ambiguous audio, confirms critical patient information, and communicates clearly about scheduling and next steps — all through the lens of authentic Central American Spanish. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI or healthcare industry experience is required — just genuine fluency in Central American Spanish and a systematic, thorough approach to evaluation.
