Location: Carrollton, GA 30117 Contract Duration: 2 Months Contract End Date: October 27, 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM EST | 40 hours/week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist II / Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) to join our team in Carrollton, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong phlebotomy skills and experience working with Pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. The PSR II will be responsible for collecting and processing high-quality blood specimens while providing excellent patient care and maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections accurately and safely.
• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures.
• Perform pediatric and geriatric blood collections.
• Verify patient demographics and required information prior to specimen collection.
• Obtain patient signatures/initials as required and ensure specimens are correctly labeled in the patient's presence.
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation.
• Provide a professional, welcoming, and reassuring experience for patients.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Complete daily assignments accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
• Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Support multiple Patient Service Centers or in-office phlebotomy locations based on business needs.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
• Adapt to changing priorities and staffing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent – Required.
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience – Required.
• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections – Required.
• Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent patient/customer service and communication skills.
• Keyboard and data-entry experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center (PSC) environment.
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training.
• Phlebotomy certification.
• Previous retail or customer-service experience.
