Job Overview Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure high quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Responsibilities Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including: planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare a great shift, and meeting targets. They may also help their assigned departments achieve their goals. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules, who enjoy the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise‑owned and operated restaurants.
