As a Security Officer Access Management in SPRINGDALE, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.64 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Thu 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor check-in protocols, and/or other security-related policies appropriate for a food and beverage location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require follow-up. Maintain accurate logs and reports related to access activity, incidents, and/or daily operations while following post orders and client-directed procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
