Office ClerkDeKalb, IL $20.00 per hour Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Hours may occasionally adjust to 6:00 AM-2:30 PM based on business needs.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Clerk to support a busy logistics and distribution operation in DeKalb, IL. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter and maintain data in company systems and digital logsManage emails and provide general administrative supportCreate, update, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and ExcelReview and proofread documents to ensure accuracyMaintain organized records and filesOperate office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiersAssist with various clerical and administrative duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious office, administrative, clerical, or data entry experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong data entry skills with a high level of accuracyExperience maintaining electronic records and databasesAbility to operate standard office equipmentExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and time management skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyCompensation & SchedulePay Rate: $20.00 per hourSchedule: Monday through FridayStandard hours: 7:00 AM-3:30 PMFlexibility to work 6:00 AM-2:30 PM when needed for coverage
