**Required Skills and Experience:** - 3+ years recent ICU experience **Preferred Qualifications:** - Previous experience as charge role (not necessarily to charge here, but to know they can multi-task and think independently) **Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) **Best Personality Fit:** - Friendly, Honest, Flexible, Multi-tasker, Compassionate, Works well with others, sense of urgency when needed, possesses superb critical thinking skills.
