Service Plumbing Technician

Job SummaryAre you a skilled plumber who takes pride in doing quality work and enjoys helping people? We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Plumbing Technician to join our growing team! This position is based out of our Chico office and serves customers throughout the surrounding local area. The Plumber will troubleshoot, replace and/or repair all residential plumbing systems in our customers’ homes. You will be joining a team that works hard, has fun, and supports each other while bringing the value of our service to our customers. No weekends or on-call required!Responsibilities and DutiesPassion for communicating with customers and fixing plumbing issuesKeep your company van stocked, and clean both inside and outCommunicate and consult with homeowner to give them the best options on repair or replacement.Coordinates with supervisor and other trades for the purpose of completing projects efficiently.Maintain communication with dispatchDiagnoses problems and/or failures in plumbing systems (e.g. locate and repair water leaks, broken or clogged pipes, and plugged drains, etc.) for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and replacement needs.Proficient in water heater installation, both tanked and tankless unitsProficient in use of specialty tools, drain cleaning equipment/hydro jetterMaintains tools, company iPadQualifications and Skills 3+ years of residential plumbing service experienceStrong problem-solving and plumbing diagnostic skillsGreat communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsValid drivers license to legally operate a motor vehicle in the state of CaliforniaWilling to work in adverse conditions including heat, cold, wind, and rain.Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull, and safely lift and carry items weighing up to 100 poundsCompany Benefits and PerksTop payNo on-callA company van with fuel card providedUniforms providedSpecialty tools provided, iPad providedHealth benefits packageTeam appreciation eventsE04JI800sk9r409b44f #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech9
