Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will lead core accounting operations while helping drive finance transformation initiatives across a growing organization. This highly visible role offers exposure to accounting, treasury, cash flow management, lender reporting, and business operations, providing a unique opportunity to influence change and partner directly with leadership. What You'll Do Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls. Support treasury, cash flow management, borrowing base reporting, and lender compliance activities. Lead and develop the accounting team through coaching and mentorship. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience. Leadership experience and strong ownership mentality. Experience managing month-end close and financial reporting processes. Asset-Based Lending (ABL) experience preferred. Manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or distribution industry experience required. SAP experience and CPA designation preferred. Why Consider This Opportunity?
