We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Support Representative to join our this role you will be responsible for processing orders preparing professional correspondence and resolving customer inquiries to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

• Order & Claims Processing: Efficiently process orders claims documentation and customer requests in accordance with company standards.
• Customer Communication: Prepare written correspondence and respond to customer needs in a timely professional manner to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Procedure Compliance: Follow pre-established guidelines workflows and standard operating procedures to maintain accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Record Keeping: Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions processing steps and resolutions in internal database systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and report directly to supervisor/manager to support overall department goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 03 years of experience in customer support administration or a related service field.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with basic office concepts customer service practices and standard administrative procedures.

• Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office management software.
  • Ability to closely follow instructions and guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment & Supervision:

• Works under immediate supervision receiving clear direction on daily tasks and procedures.
