A Typical Day in the Clinic Clinical Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth. Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain).
