Around the Clock Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as a Quality Management Supervisor . This role oversees quality management activities, clinical record reviews, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient care and compliance with Medicare, ACHC, and state regulations.

The Quality Management Supervisor partners with leadership to monitor clinical outcomes, support staff education, improve documentation quality, and lead continuous quality improvement efforts across the agency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality management and performance improvement programs.
• Review clinical records for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor patient outcomes, hospitalization rates, infection control, and safety initiatives.
• Analyze OASIS data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities.
• Prepare reports and present findings to leadership committees.
• Assist with policy development and regulatory compliance.
• Educate and mentor clinical staff on documentation standards and quality initiatives.
• Investigate incident reports and identify trends.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, Title 22, ACHC standards, HIPAA, and agency policies.

Qualifications

Required

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Quality Management experience, preferably in Home Health.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation.
• Experience reviewing clinical documentation and patient charts.
• Strong knowledge of OASIS documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid California Driver's License and automobile insurance.

Preferred

• Home Health leadership experience.
• Experience with CQI and Performance Improvement programs.
• Knowledge of ACHC accreditation standards.
• Experience with regulatory surveys and compliance.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
