About the job Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Marshfield, Missouri Long Term Care (LTC) Setting 13-Week Assignment Day Shift | Monday–Friday Pay Package Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,400/week Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Schedule: Monday–Friday Flexible start times (must remain consistent and coordinated with Director of Rehab) No weekends (unless required to make up holiday hours) Position Overview We are seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment in Marshfield, Missouri. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The Speech Language Pathologist will develop individualized treatment plans using standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. The therapist will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and caregivers to provide high‑quality rehabilitative care while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards. Requirements Active Missouri Speech Language Pathologist License — REQUIRED CCC-SLP Certification — REQUIRED Minimum 1 year of SLP experience — REQUIRED LTC or SNF experience — REQUIRED Active ASHA certification — REQUIRED 3+ years experience holding CCC-SLP — Preferred Strong communication and clinical documentation skills Ability to supervise CFY or student clinicians One professional reference required at submission #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC
