15 week contracts 12/14 hard start EPIC required ICU/CCU nights 2 year exp! Every other weekend required! Possible float to DOU, Tele or Med Tele required Certifications: ACLS BLS CPI MAB or VIP NIHSS Skills required: FloTrac/Vigileo monitoring Interpretation of dysrhythmias Management of dysrhythmias Multi-system organ failure Obtain 12 lead EKG IV insulin protocols Chronic/Acute Renal failure Accessing Ports Arterial line management Blood product administration Central line care/management PICC line management Starting IVs Continuous IV paralytics/neuromuscular blockade Continuous IV sedation Emergency medications Procedural sedation Administration Titrate cardiac drips Titrate vasoactive drips CVA/acute stroke management Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun Assist with management of BiPAP Assist with management of CPAP High flow nasal cannula (HFNC) Interpretation of ABGs Suctioning (ETT, NT) Ventilator management Infection prevention Isolation precautions/use of PPE Phlebotomy Surgical wounds with drains/wound vac Assist with chest tube insertion/removal Care of ventilated patient RTO must be on the submittal No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment. No more than 3 days RTO max. Must be willing to work holidays Please note: Once RTO is submitted, this cannot be changed unless it's to cancel time requested - ensure that you have confirmed all dates needed off for the full 13 week contract
