We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Team Leader to help lead daily operations, develop team members, and drive excellence in every area of the business.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on food quality, guest experience, and operational excellence
- Coach, develop, and encourage team members while building a positive and accountable culture
- Help recruit, train, and develop future leaders within the restaurant
- Ensure smooth and efficient execution during high-volume meal periods
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality
- Support labor, inventory, and overall business performance goals
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, care, and a service-minded attitude
- Work alongside the leadership team to execute restaurant goals and initiatives
- Create an environment where team members feel challenged, supported, and valued

- Ability to lead with urgency while staying calm under pressure
- High level of personal ownership and accountability
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow others
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
- Prior leadership experience preferred
