The Role

This isn't your typical sales job. As our Sales & Experience Manager, you're the heartbeat of the studio experience, connecting with new clients, turning curiosity into commitment, and making sure every single person who walks through our doors feels seen, welcomed, and excited to come back. You'll blend sales, community-building, and operations into one dynamic, people-first role.

What You'll Own:

• Turn interest into action, generate leads through in-studio connections, local outreach, and social engagement
• Confidently guide potential clients into their first class, trial, and ultimately membership
• Build real relationships through follow-up, conversations, and personalized experiences
• Create a high-energy, welcoming vibe before, during, and after every class
• Support day-to-day studio operations and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes
• Be a true ambassador of the DivaDance brand, fun, empowering, and inclusive

• Are organized and can juggle multiple leads, conversations, and follow-ups
• Bring positive energy and show up reliably for your team
• Are comfortable communicating across text, phone, email, and in person

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in fitness, dance, or membership-based businesses
• Know your way around social media and using it to build buzz
• Have worked toward goals, KPIs, or commission-based roles
• Have leadership potential or experience coaching others

Schedule & Details:

• Part-time (15-20 hours/week)
• Must be available for evenings + weekends (this is when the magic happens)
• Some work can be completed remotely
