Sr. Relationship Manager-Middle Market

Overview Texas Capital is a regional bank dedicated to building business success for clients across Texas. Responsibilities Drive financial results by actively building a strategic client acquisition pipeline and expanding the Bank’s presence. Cultivate a robust prospect list through strong business development and networking to increase market share and revenue. Ensure client coverage and a best‑in‑class experience by disciplined calling, understanding client objectives, and delivering optimal solutions. Collaborate across the firm to identify opportunities and manage deals from inception to close. Stay current on financial products, markets, regulations, and industry trends, especially those affecting middle‑market and corporate clients. Manage risk and quality for new and existing clients, mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks. Self‑manage pipeline and sales production using reports, data, and systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience, including credit analysis and portfolio management with a focus on middle‑market and corporate clients. Advanced knowledge of banking products and services, industry trends, and financial acumen to assess client needs. Formal credit training (Commercial Credit Certification or equivalent underwriting experience). Self‑starter, persistent, with strong calling and production discipline. Effective team player able to collaborate with partner groups in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills. High interest in community outreach and involvement. Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
