Our client, a leading organization in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking a Launch Readiness Specialist Contractor to join their dynamic Global Customer Experience (CX) team. As a Launch Readiness Specialist Contractor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting global product launches and enhancing overall quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive communication, strategic planning, and a collaborative spirit, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences worldwide. Job Title: Project Manager - Non IT Location: New York, NY Pay Range: $54.31 What's the Job? Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Experience (CX) during global launches and events, ensuring seamless coordination across teams. Support the development and continuous improvement of global CX launch readiness processes, including frameworks, roles, responsibilities, and stakeholder engagement models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to facilitate efficient launch preparations and support activities. Monitor and evaluate customer support agent performance through quality assessment programs, leveraging feedback to identify coaching opportunities and operational improvements. Analyze customer feedback and support customer journeys from pre-launch to post-launch, identifying areas for innovation and enhancement to optimize the customer experience. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or demonstrated strength in these disciplines. 1-2 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Customer Success, Marketing, or related fields, preferably within media or entertainment sectors. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills. Experience working with global customer support teams and cross-regional collaboration. Knowledge of agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and release management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Git.
