The Role Develop test and characterization plans in collaboration with design teams for new semiconductor products. Support production test development including hardware/software, limit setting, and data analysis. Build and debug bench setups, automate testing using Python, and correlate bench and ATE results. Support product qualification including high‑reliability and space‑grade validation and radiation testing. Drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and continuous test methodology enhancements. The Candidate Semiconductor manufacturing experience. Proficiency in data analysis using industry‑standard tools. Understanding of Cpk (Process Capability) and statistical process control principles.
