Position Overview

Outpatient Psychiatry role focused on evidence-based behavioral healthcare for children. Stable weekday-only schedule designed to support provider balance and continuity of care. Mission-driven behavioral health organization emphasizing culturally sensitive psychiatric services. Collaborative outpatient care environment with full clinical and administrative support staff. Compensation

Base Salary: $240,000+ based on experience. Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000.

Schedule

Monday through Friday schedule. 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. Outpatient-only practice environment.

Role

Provide evidence-based psychiatric care within outpatient setting. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage behavioral health conditions in children. Develop patient-centered psychiatric treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams. Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes.

Requirements

MD or DO REQUIRED. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry REQUIRED. Clear and active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED. Active DEA license REQUIRED. Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care preferred. Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED. New graduates welcome.
