Responsibilities

Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin, MN is seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collegial department.

• Outpatient practice with inpatient pediatric/newborn call coverage of 1:12
• OB (non-surgical deliveries) and prenatal care are optional 
• 4 ½ workday minimum 
• Adult call 1:45 by phone
• Attached hospital with 32 beds, 4 ICU, 10 nursery 
• Multispecialty practice 
• Generous benefit package including a fully funded pension plan
• Partner with specialist from Mayo Clinic in Rochester
• Site supports H1B visa

Qualifications

Qualifications : Candidates must be Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine and have or able to obtain a MN Medical License.

Compensation Detail

The minimum starting salary for primary care specialties may range from $231,000 to $319,117. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
