Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an undergraduate co-op student in quality assurance to support day-to-day activities, data collection, and process improvement initiatives. The position offers exposure to business operations and potential pathways to full-time leadership development roles upon graduation.
Responsibilities
- Support team activities and projects across quality functions with various stakeholders
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and documentation efforts
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional projects while learning business operations
Requirements
- Undergraduate student pursuing Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Graduation expected between December 2027 and June 2029
- Demonstrated leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, or community service
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to priorities, and solve complex problems
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Previous co-ops, internships, or related work experience preferred
- U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $18.50 - $28.75 hourly; $5,000 relocation stipend if eligible
