Speech Language Pathologist

MEDSTAR HEALTH seeks a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document outcomes, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams to ensure patient-first, evidence-based care. You’ll educate patients and families, participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, and contribute to quality improvement.
