Pay & Schedule

• 1st Shift (Monday – Friday): 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. | $21.00/hr
• 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday): 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. | $21.50/hr
• 3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday): 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. | $22.00/hr

Job Summary

Production Workers support a full-cycle manufacturing process producing stainless steel band clamps. This role involves operating production machinery, performing basic mechanical adjustments, completing quality checks, and packaging finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery (up to two machines once trained)
• Load materials and ensure continuous machine operation
• Perform routine quality inspections
• Make minor mechanical adjustments as needed
• Monitor equipment and report issues promptly
• Count, box, and label finished products
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements

• 6+ months of machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a loud environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable working independently after training

Work Environment

• Clean, organized, high-volume manufacturing facility producing steel products. Steel-toe footwear required

This is a Contract position based out of DENVER, CO.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
