Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of design, assembly, and checkout.• Experience in mechanical hardware electronics product/lab Computer Aided Engineering 3D modeling and 2D design/development utilizing CATIA V5 or SolidWorks tools.• Experience in mechanical hardware interpretation and development of Engineering Drawings, Parts Lists, and/or Bill of Materials. • Experience with product estimating, project management/scheduling, Earned Value Management System principles, and HW Design configuration management tools such as Product Data Manager (PDM) and/or CADATANET.Desired Skills:• MS Project, MS Visio, CM Tools such as PDM and/or CAD Datanet or equivalent, Parts Purchasing systems such as SAP NPRs, P-Card, EMAS or equivalent.• Mechanical packaging experience with Electrical, Fiber Optic, and Audio/Visiual equipment. • Stress and Thermodynamic Analysis Strong interpersonal and communication skills with various hardware equipment vendors/suppliers.Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
