Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gutter Installer Supervisor to lead and oversee our gutter installation teams. This hands-on leadership role ensures that all gutter installation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gutter installation, team management, and job site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of gutter installation crews

• Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards

• Train and mentor new and existing installers on best practices and safety procedures

• Inspect work sites before, during, and after installation to ensure compliance with company standards and local codes

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and job specifications

• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and office staff

• Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies

• Troubleshoot on-site problems and provide effective solutions

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles and tools

• Report daily progress and project updates to management

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in gutter installation (seamless preferred)

• 1–2 years of supervisory or crew lead experience in construction or a related trade

• Knowledge of various gutter systems and installation techniques

• Strong understanding of safety standards and building codes

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL a plus)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights

• Comfortable working in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Experience with aluminum, copper, and steel gutter systems

• Familiarity with downspout and drainage system design

Work Environment:

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions

• Use of ladders, scaffolding, and roofing equipment

• Physical labor including lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods
