Store Manager

Responsibilities People Development and Diversity: Lead, mentor, and develop the store team to achieve their full potential, conduct performance evaluations, set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback, foster a culture of diversity and inclusion. Labor Relations: Manage labor relations, address and resolve labor issues, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Strategic Business Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans, collaborate with regional and corporate teams, align store goals with overall company objectives. Profitability and Financial Management: Manage store budgets, analyze sales and performance data, implement strategies to drive sales and profitability while controlling costs. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensure compliance with laws and policies, delegate responsibilities, maintain sanitation and safety, maintain high standards. Merchandising and Sales: Ensure store stock, cleanliness, visual appeal, oversee merchandising, product placement, promotions, inventory management, develop sales strategies. Community Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, participate in community events, promote community engagement. Customer Service Excellence: Create culture of best-in-class customer service, ensure customers experience a well-stocked store, handle inquiries promptly, implement continuous improvement strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field or equivalent years of work experience. Minimum of 5 years in retail management with strong understanding of all store operations. Proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing teams. Demonstrated leadership and management skills, inspiring and guiding teams to achieve goals. Knowledge of safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities. High level of customer service skills and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Effective organizational, time‑management, and delegation skills.
