Registered Nurse - Med Surg
Location: Clyde, NC
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00
Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med Surg to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care to a diverse adult and geriatric patient population. The RN will be responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in Med Surg nursing preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
