What You'll Do
- Provide bedside nursing care to high-acuity patients on the PCU
- Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly
- Administer medications, including drips and infusions
- Manage arterial lines and BIPAP/airvo devices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document all patient interactions and treatment details accurately
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Missouri
- ACLS, BLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent PCU RN experience
- Key skills in patient monitoring, IV therapy, and high-acuity care
- Experience with high acuity drips, arterial lines, BIPAP/airvo
