Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level attorney to join its Emerging Company & Venture Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions practices in Boston, Massachusetts. Conduct legal work primarily in English, with some Korean correspondence. Requirements Experience in ECVC and M&A transactions preferred. Korean language proficiency strongly preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to waive in. Skills Strong analytical and communication skills.
