We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team for a survey project. The role involves collecting and organizing paper surveys, reviewing them for completeness, and accurately inputting data into our systems. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are meticulous and enjoy administrative tasks.

• Collect and organize paper surveys from designated sources.
• Review surveys for completeness and legibility prior to data entry.
• Accurately input survey responses into the company’s database or designated software.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with filing, scanning, and archiving paper documents as needed.
• Support other administrative tasks related to survey processing.

• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.

This role is primarily office-based, involving extended periods of sitting and computer use. You will work alongside three other team members in a cooperative and supportive environment. It is important to maintain a harmonious workplace and focus on completing tasks efficiently.

This is a Contract position based out of New Philadelphia, OH.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
