About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to take on the role of a 100x Marketing Artisan. This is a unique opportunity for a single individual to own the entire brand marketing function, with a focus on building and refining marketing systems that can produce world-class results at scale. The ideal candidate will be an Artisan in the truest sense, with the ability to orchestrate AI systems with unparalleled speed and maintain a quality of output that is second to none. Responsibilities include brand messaging, campaign strategy, social media presence, email marketing, and content production. The CMO will be expected to have a deep understanding of the audience and market, and to make high-stakes decisions with a level of judgment that is both instinctive and informed. The successful candidate for the CMO position at the company will not be bound by traditional requirements such as years of experience, a degree, or a resume. Instead, the focus is on the ability to build and iterate on marketing systems that compound in effectiveness, and to review output with an exceptionally high standard. The role is not for the faint-hearted; it demands a level of commitment and passion for the craft that is akin to that of a master artisan. The CMO will have the opportunity to work directly with the CEO, with no layers of management or politics, and will be at the forefront of the most interesting AI-native marketing challenge in the industry.
