Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

This is a commission eligible role.

About This Job
Base Salary: $17.75/HR & Commission average: $800-2,000/Month based on performance with possibility for more earnings in commission.


Axos is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator, in this role you will be responsible for originating high quality residential mortgages across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine preliminary home loan eligibility and recommends mortgage products that are within the customer's budget
• Consult with customers about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals while
• providing the best possible customer service
• Stay informed of available loan types and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs. Identify and construct lending solutions based on unique homeownership goals
• Manage leads actively and meet minimum conversion (lead to fund) requirements and build a network of real estate agent partners

Qualifications

• Flexible and adaptable, learn and react quickly at a faster than average pace
• Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done
• Sales oriented
• Prefer 1+ years' of retail lending
