We invest in our people, recognize outstanding performance, and provide opportunities for long-term career growth.What You'll DoAs a Fulfillment Lead, you'll oversee the daily operations of our manual fulfillment department, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining exceptional quality, accuracy, and security standards.Your responsibilities will include:Lead, coach, and support fulfillment team members throughout the shiftOversee daily manual packaging operations and maintain an efficient production workflowAssign work and balance workloads to maximize productivityMonitor production progress and quickly resolve workflow issues or bottlenecksReceive, verify, organize, and stage incoming work from productionEnsure jobs are processed accurately and completed according to customer specificationsPerform routine quality checks throughout production to verify packaging accuracyEnsure proper card-to-carrier matching, inserts, labeling, and shipping methodsVerify shipping labels and carrier requirements, including FedEx, DHL, and other approved carriersPrioritize work based on shipping deadlines, production schedules, and customer requirementsMonitor inventory of packaging materials and communicate supply needsDocument production status, quality concerns, and workflow updatesPartner with Quality Control, Production, and Operations to resolve issues and improve processesPromote a safe, organized, and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company security and quality standards What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredBilingual in English and Spanish requiredPrevious leadership experience in manufacturing, production, fulfillment, warehouse, or a similar environment preferredStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience coaching, motivating, and supporting team membersBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently while leading a teamDependable attendance and a strong work ethicExperience working in secure manufacturing, fulfillment, printing, mailing, or production environments is a plus.If you're a motivated leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional quality, we'd love to hear from you.
