Your day as a Direct Support Professional

As a Direct Support Professional at The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler, your daily responsibilities will focus on providing individualized support to clients with disabilities. You'll assist with personal care, daily living activities, and social integration, ensuring that each individual leads a fulfilling and independent life. Expect to help clients set and achieve personal goals and facilitate community outings that encourage socialization and skill-building. You'll also collaborate with coworkers and family members to develop tailored care plans, monitor progress, and address any challenges that arise.
