Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. In this role, you will work in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU), providing high-quality care to patients recovering from various conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and overall physical function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Document all patient care activities using the Meditech/Nethealth EMR system.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• 1+ years of experience preferred; all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to float to other units as necessary.

Work Schedule

The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
