Restoration Project Manager – High-End Residential
Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee high-end
residential restoration and reconstruction projects from initial assessment through
completion. This position is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional
who understands the importance of quality, communication, discretion, and attention to
detail when working in luxury homes.
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, insurance
representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring projects are
completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
• Manage residential restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee projects involving water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage, as
well as high-end reconstruction.
• Conduct site visits and assess project scope, materials, labor, and overall project
requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, trades, and internal production teams.
• Ensure workmanship, materials, and finished projects meet company and client
expectations.
• Communicate regularly with homeowners and provide professional updates
throughout the project.
• Work closely with insurance adjusters, consultants, architects, designers, and other
professionals as needed.
• Review estimates, change orders, invoices, and project documentation.
• Identify potential delays, budget concerns, or project issues and proactively
develop solutions.
• Maintain detailed project records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up
to date.

• Manage client expectations while providing a high level of customer service and
professionalism.
• Coordinate final inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
• Ensure job sites are maintained professionally and with appropriate respect for
high-value homes and their occupants.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to
detail.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience managing residential restoration, reconstruction, or high-end
residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of restoration processes, construction methods, and building
materials.
• Experience working with insurance-related restoration projects preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to read scopes of work, estimates, plans, and project documentation.
• Comfortable managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with high-end clientele.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Proficiency with project management and estimating software such as Xactimate is
highly preferred.

custom construction, remodeling, or high-end restoration is a major plus.
