Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling sessions to clients via our telehealth platform, tailoring approaches based on each client's unique circumstances and needs.

• Utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques and tools, such as audio/video messaging, interactive worksheets, journaling prompts, and goal tracking systems, to enhance the effectiveness of therapy.

• Establish and maintain constructive relationships with clients while developing individualized treatment plans based on best practices and client feedback.

• Document client progress and therapeutic interventions accurately and timely in compliance with regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in supervision and training opportunities to further develop clinical skills and stay informed about the latest trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with diverse clients facing an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship woes, grief, and more. Our focus is on low-acuity issues, which allows you to build therapeutic alliances while employing evidence-based practices to support clients’ journeys toward better mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a related field.

• An active and independent LPCC license in good standing.
\n
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality mental health care via telehealth.
\n
• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a functional computer or laptop (tablets are not permitted).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience.
\n
• Experience working in a virtual mental health setting is highly preferred.
\n
• Proficiency in using digital health tools and platforms to facilitate virtual therapeutic sessions.

• An understanding of the unique challenges associated with teletherapy and how to effectively address them.

Compensation and Benefits\n
