Join our growing team as a Home Appliance Service Technician! We’re looking for skilled, customer‑focused technicians who enjoy diagnosing and repairing BSH appliances in the field. If you love fixing things, working independently, and delivering great service, this role is for you. Pay range : $33.18 – $44.24 hourly (inc. incentive plan, benefits, company vehicle, and tools provided). Your Responsibilities Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair major gas and electric appliances (ovens, cooktops, refrigerators, etc.) to ensure first‑time resolution within an agreed region. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and rectify as required. Communicate clearly with customers and provide a positive service experience. Advise customers on correct operation of their products to enable proper use. Recommend and soft‑sell products such as accessories, service plans, and maintenance plans (training provided). Maintain an up‑to‑date van stock of parts, following current van stock lists to protect parts from damage. Use B‑apps (B‑tooling, B‑fixing, and B‑informing) for paperwork and documentation. Ensure every job is completed with care, professionalism, and safety. Your Profile High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 3‑5 years of appliance repair experience, or transferable skills from electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trades. Organized and able to complete multiple service calls in a timely manner while maintaining high customer service levels. Provide regular updates and progress reports to manager on service requests. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting skills and basic math proficiency. Customer‑first mindset with strong professional communication and written skills. Ability to explain repairs to customers in a logical, understandable manner. Self‑starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Maintains a company‑provided vehicle and holds a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. Your Pay & Benefits In addition to the hourly pay range, the position is incentive eligible with potential earnings ranging from 0% to 200% of target based on performance.
