Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong customer relationships: Understand their needs and translate them into internal action plans.
• Master of Quality Control: Manage documentation, problem-solving efforts, and data collection systems.
• Proactive Problem Prevention: Identify and eliminate non-conformance issues before they impact customers.
• Independent Problem Solver: Lead corrective action for product, process, and quality system concerns.
• Audit Expert: Conduct routine internal and external audits to maintain ISO/TS compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or Certified Quality Engineer, or combo of education & experience.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience (automotive preferred).
• 1 year experience in supplier & customer quality engineering.
• 1 year experience in automotive APQP.
• Basic AIAG/IATF/16949 knowledge.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Availability for 25% travel (including international).
