We are seeking an experienced CPA Tax Manager to join our growing public accounting firm in Tucson, AZ.
This role is ideal for a licensed CPA who enjoys leading tax engagements, advising clients, and developing high-performing teams. As Tax Manager, you will oversee a team of four professionals while providing strategic tax planning and compliance services to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

-Lead and manage tax engagements from planning through completion.

-Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients.

-Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 4 tax professionals.

-Review tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

-Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.

-Collaborate with firm leadership to support growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Active CPA license required.

6+ years of tax accounting experience.

-Prior experience leading tax engagements and managing staff.

-Strong knowledge of tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.

-Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.

-Public accounting experience preferred.
