2nd/3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a 2nd or 3rd shift position supporting manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing machinery, performing preventive and predictive maintenance, assisting with process improvements, and supporting continuous improvement projects through fabrication and equipment upgrades.

2nd/3rd Shift Maintenance Technician Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$32.00 to $38.00 /hour
Full Time work available
Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 11:00pm)

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and systems.

• Support process improvements and equipment upgrades.

• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical equipment.

• Work with production teams to minimize downtime.

2nd/3rd Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.

• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

• Basic welding, fabrication, and machine shop experience preferred.

• PLC troubleshooting and programming experience is a plus.
