Exciting Opportunity for a Night Shift Registered Nurse Job Description: - Shift: 3x12 hour Nights (19:00 - 07:00) - Patient Ratios: 1:6 - Patient Diagnoses: - Sepsis - CIWA - Confusion - Atypical Mental Status (AMS) - Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) - Post-operative cares - Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) - Trauma - Respiratory failure - Bowel obstruction - Pyelonephritis - Cardiac conditions - Diabetes - Gastrointestinal (GI) conditions - Isolation cases - Suicidal Ideation (SI) with medical indications Essential Job Functions: - Demonstrates knowledge of the Nursing Process across all age groups: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics. - Thoroughly documents care delivery per regulatory and hospital requirements. - Takes responsibility for clinical competencies and professional development. - Applies theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a clinical environment. - Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
