Veterinary Technician – Oncology South Carolina Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Care, a Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner, located in Columbia, SC, is seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented, and experienced Veterinary Oncology Technician to join our Specialty Healthcare Team. The Ideal Candidate Minimum 3 years of veterinary experience, at least 1 year in veterinary medical oncology Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team to provide exceptional patient care Enjoys connecting with clients and providing compassionate, empathetic support Has excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrates attention to detail, strong organization, and emotional intelligence Remains calm and professional in emotionally challenging situations Is dependable, ethical, and committed to continued learning and growth Experienced, motivated, enthusiastic, strong problem‑solver, and advocate for oncology patients and families (licensure preferred but not required) This is a full‑time position.
