Assembly Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.50 to $26.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:45pm to 04:45am)

• Assemble large mechanical components according to blueprints and production instructions.
• Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to install and secure parts.
• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process.
• Safely lift, position, and move materials using approved equipment.
• Install and secure bolts, bearings, shafts, and other mechanical parts.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.

Assembly Technician Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production assembly experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
